We accidentally left this out of the June Buzz (sorry!) so we thought we’d take advantage of this series of tubes to let you know that Sticks and Stones will be performing “classic hard rock and British metal” at Jackson Hill Marina on June 30.

Somebody stop him!
Some elite boarding school graduate who uses his trust fund to prop up his “indie” band is trying to adapt a screenplay from a Bukowski novel. No good can come from this. Ignore the critics; “Factotum” was terrible. “Barfly” was bearable, and the man himself was in it. If you want to mix the man’s writing and moving pictures, go straight to the source.
