Buzz girls’ weekend hot spot
 | If you only have time to do one thing this weekend, it should be seeing Forever Falls at the Backdoor Saturday night. This Beaumont band has an interesting sound that is slighly reminiscent of the grunge bands of the early 1990s. The band, made up of Adam, lead vocals; Derek, drums; Matt, guitar; and Danny, formed in March 2006 and released their debut album that following December. Recently, they released their second album “Bigger than you are,” which has a couple tracks with some unusual lyrics. If you go see them, be sure to listen to the lyrics of “Movies.” They’re great. The band will be performing at 8 p.m. Saturday at the Backdoor in Nacogdoches. See you there. |
